Return & Refund Policy

At Chikglam Ventures Pte. Ltd., we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our comprehensive return and refund policy below for detailed information about your rights and our procedures.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing original tags will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Some financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit to your statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error. For purchases made with gift cards, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. In cases where refunds are delayed due to incorrect account information provided by the customer, additional processing time may be required to correct and reprocess the refund.
